Opportunity

The property has an undulating geography that allows to have different angles of vision of the environment. In some sectors of the property there is native flora such as coigües, maqui and calafate. It is an ideal place to install a second home and practice fly fishing in the beatiful Mañihuales River.

There is electricity on the property itself. Water can be obtained from two springs located inside the property or from a small waterfall located on one of the property boundaries. The internet is provided by satellite.

Accessibility

Balmaceda Airport: 160 kms distant where commercial airplanes land.

Villa Mañihuales: 12 kms distant, in the middle of Carretera Austral or Route 7.

Puerto Aysén: distant 66 km away. Ferries departing from the cities of Puerto Montt, Castro and Quellón arrive at this port. You can board the barge with your vehicle and get off with it in Puerto Aysén to continue touring Patagonia.

Aerodrome of Puerto Aysén: 66 kms distant, it has a length of 1.300 mts.

From Balmaceda airport to the property there is a distance of approximately 160 km, of which 95% is paved, 5% is gravel.

The property is directly adjacent to Route X-50.

In Villa Mañihuales it is possible to find basic commerce, gas station, ATM, rural health post, vulcanization or rubber shop, cell phone signal, and police.

Puerto Aysén is the second most populated city in the Aysén Region after Coyhaique and here it is possible to find a hospital, schools, airfield, bicycle shop, gas station, banks, tire shop, Carabineros, Conaf.

In Coyhaique it is possible to find practically everything you need, since it is the main city of the Aysén Region.
